FOOD NOTES
My heart skips a beat when I see duck on a menu.. and especially a menu from a legit place. Crispy smoky outer layer with juicy tender meat. Puree was perfect consistency (almost forgot it was sweet potato because it didn’t have that strong starchy texture) and the veggies complimented everything so well! How they make brussels sprouts so addicting, I have no idea. We are surely blessed by lots of creative minds in that kitchen!
