1️⃣ What did you want to be growing up?
💬 A pilot. I was convinced I was going to be Iceman from Top Gun. He was amazing.

2️⃣ If you were given one last meal, what would it be?
💬 Oh wow. There is a tiny pizza place in my hometown called Jioio’s. They do sweet sauce pizza on pastry dough and it’s to die for. I’d probably take like ten of those.

3️⃣ What is one magical power you wish to have?
💬 Manipulation of time. If you ask this to a small business owner and they say anything different, they’re definitely lying.

4️⃣ What ingredient do you always have in your home kitchen?
💬 G-A-R-L-I-C!!!!

5️⃣ If you could only choose one dish to recommend from your eatery, what would it be?
💬 Although I know YOU think it’s the Loaded Lox, I have to tell you I am really partial to The King Street Cure-All, our hangover cure. It’s the stuff.

6️⃣ Share one random fact about yourself:
💬 Hm. I spent most of my life trying NOT to be in this business bc my dad was a chef and I didn’t want to be a follower. So I studied and got my degree in…OPERA. I rarely sing, but I do know how.
