🍚 Chicken & Rice with White Sauce

🍽 Serves 4


▫️ 1.5 lbs chicken tenderloins, cubed

▫️ 1 garlic, minced

▫️ salt & pepper

▫️ 2 tbsp cooking oil

▫️ 2 cups uncooked rice

▫️ 1/8 tsp turmeric

▫️ Shredded iceberg lettuce

▫️ Cubed tomatoes and cucumbers

▫️ 1 cup Greek Yogurt

▫️ 1/4 lemon

▫️ Sriracha


1. Add turmeric to uncooked rice and water before cooking the rice. Cook rice as usual

2. In a pan on medium heat, add oil and garlic. Sauté for about 15 seconds

2. Add chicken, salt & pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes or until done

3. Mix lemon juice into Greek yogurt

4. Assemble and top with yogurt (and sriracha), enjoy!
