🥘 Curry Chicken

🍽 Serves 4


▫️ 3 chicken thighs, deboned and cubed

▫️ 1 garlic

▫️ 1 tsp curry powder

▫️ 1/4 tsp salt

▫️ 2 tbsp oil

▫️ 1 Scallion

▫️ 1/4 Small Onion

▫️ 4 cups cooked noodles 🍳 DIRECTIONS

1. In medium heat, add oil, garlic, and curry powder. Sauté for about 30 seconds.

2. Add chicken thighs, salt and cook for about 10 minutes or until done

3. Add scallions, onions and cook for 3 minutes

4. Serve over noodles, enjoy!!
